By using EventGlo, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any policies we link from them.

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and make sure you are authorised to act for any organisation you represent.

Organiser access may be subject to an application and review process. We may decline, suspend or remove organiser access where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event pages, ticket terms, attendee instructions, marketing claims and compliance with applicable laws.

Organisers must hold the rights they need for uploaded content, speaker information, venue information and any emails sent through the platform.

Paid ticket sales are subject to the EventGlo plan fee that applies to the organiser's account at the time of sale. Free events carry no platform fee.

Payment processing and payout timing may depend on the organiser's connected payment account and the relevant provider's terms.

You must not use EventGlo for unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or spam-related activity.

You must not interfere with the security or availability of the service, attempt unauthorised access or upload content that you do not have the right to use.

EventGlo and its original platform materials remain the property of EventGlo Ltd or its licensors. Your content remains yours, but you give us the rights needed to host, display and process it in order to operate the service.

We may suspend or end access where necessary for security, legal compliance, unpaid fees or serious misuse of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, EventGlo Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
